QUESTION: What originally attracted you to purchase this villa?
ANSWER: Location. Location. Location! We really loved that the villa was located in the section closest to the beach. We can literally park our car for the week and walk or bike to the beach, or to the world-class tennis center, or to the resort hotel for a meal and evening entertainment. It also has one of the lowest homeowners association fees on the island. Our $414.00 includes water / sewer, trash pick up, pest control (in & out), pool and landscape maintenance, flood & building insurance, and a reserve fund for the long-term scheduled maintenance program.

NOTES: Two years ago we made about $15,000 worth of upgrades. Included was; paint, carpet, granite countertops, new stove & sink. Exterior Yard / Storage / Pool / View: The Greens pool is conveniently located within the complex, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. Golf course view—sit and watch the golfers tee off from your own private deck. Fully landscaped, and there is a good size storage area in the front courtyard.
